Booking & Walkthroughs

  • All new clients must schedule a complimentary walkthrough before receiving a quote or booking services.

  • Quotes are based on the condition and size of your space. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes.

  • Services are confirmed once your appointment is scheduled and acknowledged via text or email.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total scheduled cleaning cost.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a full or partial service charge.

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept: cash, Venmo, Zelle, card.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee.

Access & Entry

  • Please ensure we have access to your space at the scheduled time.

  • If we are unable to enter and no prior arrangements were made, this will be treated as a no-show.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll gladly return to make it right.

  • Due to the nature of cleaning, we cannot offer refunds—but we are committed to your satisfaction.

Health & Safety

  • We do not clean up biohazards (including mold, pests, animal waste, blood, or other hazardous materials).

  • If your space includes any of these conditions, please inform us in advance so we can refer you to the appropriate services.

Pets

  • We love your furry friends! For their safety and ours, please secure pets during the cleaning service.

Tipping

  • Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated if you feel we’ve gone above and beyond.
